More Trees for the Jubilee

More Trees for the Jubilee

The Town Council would like to thank both Ebbsfleet Development Corporation and Provender Nurseries for the kind donation of 10 native trees for planting across our parks and open spaces. These were donated as part of the ‘Plant a Tree for the Jubilee’ initiative.
We have received 3 Mountain Ash, 3 Field Maple, 3 Hawthorn and 1 Silver Birch. These will be planted in both Swanscombe Park and Broomfield Park, with the Silver Birch being located to the rear of Pentstemon Drive.
These trees will compliment the 16 new trees that the Town Council have already planted in the last 12 months along with new hedging.
